URGENT: Wed 12/28/11 - Holiday Pot Luck Party for PHD Members & Guests (replacing Dec 8 Membership Mtg)

The holiday season is rapidly upon us and the Program Committee has been working on ideas for the December membership meeting. After receiving a gracious idea and offer, the committee unanimously agreed to accept the invitation from the Love family to hold a Holiday Pot Luck Party at 6:30pm on Wednesday, Dec 28 at their home at 3920 Sleepy Lane, Dallas.

So mark your calendars, dust off your recipe file, (or your grocery store or bakery shopping list) and conjure up a holiday confection to delight the taste buds of even the most challenging palette. We'll mix and mingle and just enjoy getting to know our members and any guest or prospective member that may be able to attend the party as well.

While we want to celebrate the end of this year, we also need to be forwarding-thinking about the coming year and the important election it will bring. There are no elections more important that those involving our judges and other local officials, so, as part of the party, we are inviting all our candidates to come with their materials and to take this opportunity to reconnect with our membership and recruit support.
