Under Construction: PHD Membership Directory Coming Soon

The PHD board is proceeding toward creation of a Membership Directory to be printed and distributed to PHD members after the first of the year. As PHD respects your right to privacy, we will not publish your information without your permission. Therefore, to gain the permission to add a member to the directory with ONLY the information you choose to publish, you will need to complete a very short online form here on the PHD website.

So watch for a Constant Contact email to let our members know when the link is fully active on the website, so you can start input of the preferred information you wish to be shared with only with our PHD members. The fields requested are listed below. While it is not required to provide info in every category, we hope you will do so as it will allow PHD members a method to contact you and further bond club members together.

There will also be a couple of questions about use of Social Media (facebook, twitter, etc.) which you currently use.
