Join members of PRESTON HOLLOW DEMOCRATS to hear Liz Wally, President for Clean Elections Texas who will be discussing this organization which focuses on campaign finance and its upcoming panel and discussion event in Plano. The panel will include several esteemed local political figures, including former State Representative Robert Miklos, as well as presenter Dennis Simon, Altshuler Distinguished Teaching Professor, Department of Political Science - SMU.

Also speaking at the meeting will be Lauren Coffee, Field Director for North Texas for Obama for America (OFA). Lauren is a stalwart for this organization and will be freshly-returned from an OFA preparation seminar. She will be sharing with us her knowledge of how OFA will be shifting from legislative advocacy mode into campaign mode for President Obama. Come hear about OFA's plans for the coming months and your opportunities to participate.
