JR Cook is a local attorney and is PHD's newest member. He also has just announced his candidacy for the Judiciary, Criminal District Court #4. His campaign launch is 6-8pm on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Urban Cafe, 1500 Jackson St, Dallas.
